Garden Press Letters is sustained by time, attention, and the quiet costs that accompany work that’s meant to remain slow and faithful. Each letter is written slowly, edited carefully, and sent by post. This kind of work requires time, materials, and faithfulness long before it ever reaches another person’s hands.

Some choose to support this work by receiving the letters as part of an ongoing correspondence. Others choose to give freely, without expectation of receipt. Both forms of support make it possible for the work to continue without haste.

Donations help preserve a way of working that resists speed, scale, and disposability. They allow the letters to be written without urgency, sent without compromise, and kept rooted in care rather than output. They also help sustain the physical realities of the practice: paper and ink, printing and mailing, and the time set aside for reading, writing, and discernment.

To give here does not mean you are purchasing access or influence, rather you are choosing to participate quietly in the keeping of the work. Contributions are received with gratitude and stewardship, and without obligation. Your support allows this work to remain slow, honest, and human.

Whether you choose to give or not, you are welcome here.
